PILATES - Saturdays 10:45-11:45am

STOTT PILATES is the contemporary approach to the exercises of Joseph H. Pilates.  These mind-body exercises have changed only because of our new knowledge of the body and how it works.  Every class we will focus on core strength and stability, at the same time we will strengthen and tone other muscle groups of the body.  These exercises can be modified to fit personal needs of clients.  Some sessions we may focus on arm or legs etc. but mostly every session will be a complete mind and body workout.  The benefits of pilates include but are not limited to; improved balance and coordination, longer, leaner muscles, and better posture.  

Please come to class in close fitting, comfortable exercise clothes.  Please pull long hair back, and away from your face, and remember you will be lying on a mat, so wear your hair so that you can be comfortable and relaxed.
